Change of mind

Standard-size panels in standard colours can be returned within 14 days of the invoice date if they're unopened, unused, still on the original pallet packaging and in resalable condition. You arrange and pay return freight to our nominated warehouse. The original freight charge isn't refunded. A restocking fee may apply.

Cut-to-size, custom, special-order and bulk orders can't be returned for change of mind. We'll tell you at quote stage if an item falls into that category.

Faulty, damaged or wrong

If a panel arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, we'll repair, replace or refund it, as required by Australian Consumer Law, and we'll cover the return freight. Photograph the issue on the pallet before unpacking further and email us within 2 business days of delivery. We may ask for photos of the packaging as well.

Warranty

Every Acouline panel carries a 10 year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal indoor use. It doesn't cover damage from installation, impact, moisture, cleaning with solvents, or modification. Keep your invoice.

How to start a return

Email team@megaofficesupplies.com.au with your order number, the item, and what's wrong. Don't send anything back until we've confirmed the return and given you an address.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider sets the timing, usually 3 to 10 business days.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
