How panels are shipped

Acoustic panels are big, light and easy to damage in a courier van. So they don't go in a courier van. Every Acouline order is palletised at the factory and sent by pallet freight, which is how the manufacturer protects them in transit.

What freight costs

Pallet freight is charged at cost, and the cost depends on where it's going. We don't add a margin to it and we don't hide it in the panel price. Because it varies by destination, we can't show a fixed freight figure at checkout.

Here's how it works:

• You place your order. Checkout shows freight as "quoted after order" and charges $0 for it.
• We get the pallet freight cost for your address, usually within one business day, and send it to you.
• You confirm, we invoice the freight separately, and the order ships.
• If the freight isn't what you expected, you can cancel before dispatch for a full refund of the panels.

If you'd rather know the full number first, use "Request a quote" on any product page and we'll price panels, freight and install together before you commit to anything.

Delivery times

Panels are made to order in Australia. Allow 10 to 15 business days from order confirmation to dispatch for most items, then 2 to 7 business days in transit depending on the destination. Regional and remote addresses take longer. We'll give you a dispatch date when we confirm freight.

Receiving a pallet

Pallet freight is delivered kerbside to a ground-floor address with access for a truck and a pallet jack. Someone needs to be there to receive it. Check the pallet before you sign for it and note any damage on the delivery docket.

Installation

Installation is separate from freight and is quoted on request. Tell us the room and we'll price it. Many customers install themselves; installation guides are on every product page.

Damaged in transit

If anything arrives damaged, photograph it on the pallet before unpacking further and email team@megaofficesupplies.com.au within 2 business days of delivery. We'll sort a replacement.
