Who you're dealing with

This site is operated by Mega Thing Pty Ltd (ABN 18 634 002 609), trading as Panel Acoustics, of 5/12 Greenway Drive, Tweed Heads South NSW 2486. It's a sister store to Mega Office Supplies and is run by the same team. When we say "we", "us" or "Panel Acoustics", that's who we mean.

Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude freight and installation, which are quoted separately. We can change prices without notice, but the price you paid at checkout is the price you pay. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we'll let you know and offer to cancel the order for a full refund.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm freight and dispatch. Until then either of us can cancel it for a full refund. Panels are made to order; once cut, custom or special-order items can't be cancelled.

Freight and installation

See our Shipping Policy. In short: panels ship on a pallet, freight is charged at cost by destination and confirmed with you before dispatch, and installation is quoted separately.

Colour and product images

We use the manufacturer's photography. Screens vary, and PET felt has natural variation between batches. If colour matters, ask us for a physical sample before you order.

Product information

Acoustic ratings, fire ratings and warranty details are the manufacturer's published figures for the standard product. We're happy to send test certificates. Suitability for a specific building or use is your responsibility, or your certifier's.

Returns

See our Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Content and trademarks

Acouline and Habitat are trademarks of their owner and are used with permission. Everything else on this site belongs to us. You can't copy it for commercial use without asking.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising from this site or a purchase is limited to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid for them. We're not liable for indirect loss, including loss from delay.
